Veganburg's newly opened Veganburg believes that fast food is not necessarily full of greasy burgers, wet fries, fried chicken and zero nutritional value.
"Vegetarians don't have fast food restaurants," said Alex Tan, founder of vegetarian food for 12 years.
"I looked at what the big boys around the world were offering and I realized that there was a big thing missing: Nutrition.
So I combined my two observations to make burgers with organic burger bread and genetically modified organismsfree patties.
"Meatloaf made of soy or mushrooms twisted with ingredients (pineapple)and sauces (char-grilled satay)
French fries are made from seaweed instead of salt, soft drinks are available but made from organic ingredients.
"This is a fast food without guilt," said customer Celine Lim . " He stumbled upon Veganburg while looking for a new place to eat.
"I prefer to eat meat, but I tried it and I have come back since then.
