One of my dearest friends often asks me the idea of a quick and easy main course.
She is Hispanic and often curious about what I am doing because for her it is very different from anything she may have prepared.
She is always busy: work, look after her grandchildren, visit and take care of her elderly friends, who knows what else.
It makes me tired to think about it all.
So when she asked me about the idea of the recipe, I tried to think of simple and delicious dishes that were quick and easy to prepare.
There are only 3 to 5 ingredients for these recipes, and when paired with vegetables, soups or salads, they are enough to meet the needs of 4 people.
If you have large diners, big families, or want to give up side dishes, they can easily double.
I think you will find these recipes very simple, quick preparation time, cheap price and good taste.
Many of them came from when I was young.
My parents work shifts and my mom keeps some of these ingredients so I can make a family dinner.
So if I can make these dishes in my teens, I think most teens, even teenagers, can do it.
For those who are worried about cooking and think they won't cook, I said relax and try these super simple recipes.
I'm going to throw this away as a tentative challenge for college students, single Han and brides.
For those chefs who are accomplished but busy at work, I give you a lifeline.
My mom often says that the worst thing to cook is to decide what to cook.
If you have the remaining rice or cook the rice in advance, the preparation of these two rice dishes is very fast. Plan ahead.
At our house, when we make rice, we usually make enough tuna and roast beef rice.
When we prepare a delicious Southern steak with Rice and gravy, we cook extra rice for another meal later.
Pour the soup and water into the pan.

Brown burger in advance
When we prepare brown ground beef for a specific recipe at home, we often cook extra, put it in the fridge for the burger helper to eat, make pasta sauce, or make jazz for pizza later
Mix the soup with dried brown ground beef.
Spread at the bottom of the oil stain 11 x80 x 13 casser casserole.
On the top of the casserole there is a layer of oil pot.

Use 1 pound of ground beef and 1 pound of ground pork or Italian sausage.
Buy frozen Italian meatballs.
Cook meatballs in your favorite pasta sauce for about 45-60 minutes.
Enjoy it on a spiral pasta or other favorite pasta. 1.
Pour soup, milk and Turkey into a large pan or frying pan. 2.
Cover the offer.
Heat thoroughly. 3.
Hot pasta.
Add brown onions and mushrooms to the soup and meat mixture.
Add a small can of corn for texture and half a can of British peas.
Replace Turkey with a can of chicken.
Service in other favorite pasta. 1.

This is easier if partially frozen. 2.
Brown beef strips in a frying pan.
Add oil as needed. 2.
Prepare noodles according to packing instructions. 3.
Put the meat and noodles in a frying pan.
Soup and sandwiches are a classic treat.
There are countless options, but here are a few quick and easy options. 1.
Pour the soup and milk into the pan. 2.
Heat to heat with medium heat, be careful not to burn. 3.
Soup on top of the rice. 4.
Prepare hot sandwiches according to packing instructions. 5.
Hot sandwich soup.
Try my dad's favorite soup with crushed salt on top!
Or try croutons.
For real enjoyment, buy a large can of lamadeline tomato basil soup from a restaurant or buy it at some large grocery chain stores like HEB in Texas.
