This is a manufacturer of making hand-painted ceramic tableware with effective manufacturing operation. 

First, the worker will use a piece of foam and food coloring to draw the outline of the design on the cups and plates. The plate will then be transferred to another worker to apply the first set of colors and then passed to the third worker to apply the second set of colors. In general, each worker spends no more than one minute on per piece, and the beautiful hand-painted ceramic tableware is finished. If the hand-painted pattern of the porcelain plate is more complicated, it needs to be done by a painter with a higher skill.
