A2：Sure, if you would like to get a sample, please leave your detailed contact, we will contact you as soon as possible. 

Q3:   Can you do custom logo on products?                                                                                                                                              

A3：Sure, we can do custom logo and design as per your requirements. (We also could share our samples with you)

Q4:   Are your products safe for microwave and dishwasher use?                                                                                                       

A4：Yes ,all of our products can be used in the microwave and dishwasher.

Q5:   What can I do if I don't have shipping agent in China?                                                                                                                

A5：If you don't have own agent, we could provide shipping service for you.

Q6:   Is there any certificate for your Dinneware?                                                                                                                                   

A6：Yes, we have FDA & LFGB certificate for our products. 
          Furthermore, if client would like to do other import certificate, we will cooperate with the test.

Q7:   What kind of trade terms do you offer？                                                                                                                                          

A7：We could provide EXW/FOB/CIF/DDU/DDP trade terms.
         Usually for small order like small restaurant client, we will provide DDP. It's easy for them to receive goods and no

         need to worry about the shipping issues.
