why do restaurants reuse dishes why do we diet? - selfgrowth.com
Nowadays, it seems that everyone is eating "healthier" food.My question is: why?To lose weight? To be healthier?Eat food you really don't like?I never understood the whole concept of diet, I mean, why eat something that you really don't feel good about and make yourself miserable for weeks or even months, is the end of the day to make yourself "bad?Trust me I also want to keep "healthy and tidy" but that doesn't mean selling yourself to some crazy diet fashion that will make you feel hungry and taste like youI'm not saying that all healthy foods are bad, I just think you can season it with something that "dieters" would think is not part of their diet, and can still eat any questionsI mean, I know I'm not looking forward to a tofu burger. Why not choose a very thin burger? You can always use the lean average barbecue machine to help you get more "fat" from your burger ".Just make a thin pie instead of an oversized one.You don't have to eat bread with it..But if you want a loaf of bread, you can treat it as a loaf of bread, and it still tastes as good (or even wheat or coarse cereals ).A low-fat cheese, tomato, lettuce, and any other odd thing you might put on it, still available..As for the condiments, you don't have to skip them, or just shine on them, you don't have to use a lot of ketchup, mustard or mayonnaise to make it taste delicious, and the thin coating works. It sounds better than tofu any day! What people don't realize is that you don't have to eat disgusting things in order to keep a good lifestyle. No, I'm not saying you can eat fried food all the time.I want some KFC chicken and you shouldn't feel bad about it.As long as you don't overdo it, there is a small, medium-sized part that is then done with it.Don't have 3 or 4 pieces and come back later to buy more.Just think in moderation. Most things are "unhealthy" if eaten in large quantities ".I don't think white rice with a few slices of broccoli on it is appetizing. Why not season it? Seasoned with some marinated chicken and some other low-fat or low-sodium marinade, not happy to eat only a small portion of what is still healthyIf your family or friends want to take you out for lunch, don't say no, because you are on a "diet" and can't eat "that" food. Not all meals that go out are unhealthy for you. Many restaurants now open a health zone for those who are cautious about it.But I would suggest that what you actually treat yourself is not diet or health.Eat fish and chips or burger fries that look delicious. Why?Because you don't have to eat everything!Eat a quarter or half of the fries and pack them up for another day or give them to others.Don't blame yourself for not eating disgusting "diet" food. Finally, I think you will want a happy life.Don't worry if this food will make you "fat" because it will make you "fat ".In addition to eating, you just need to exercise some to help keep your body healthy. But it doesn't mean you have to hate it either..make it fun.Dance or play video games like Wii Fit or other fitness games.Go to the gym with a friend, not alone.Go for a bike ride or a walk. It's not necessarily a downer.Your days should not be based on what you eat, nor should you suffer from the lack of food you want to eat.You should be satisfied with your life. So, jump off the trend of "diet" and start your own healthy lifestyle, don't take on the burden of all "fashion" diets, and clones will think everything is bad for you.Live your way.By Cortney P.
