whats the best place to live out of: florida, nevada ... - restaurant dishes in las vegas

I want to move to the US and I have looked into these options: Florida, California, Nevada, and Oregon.
Florida looks a bit too hot, I like the sun, but it can get too hot if it stays at 90 degrees all the time and is wet.
The advantage is that the property here is cheap.
Because I love traveling and there is some buzz about it, it has interesting coast.
California's climate is good, sunny, but not too hot, with a lot of buzz and many attractions that may be ideal.
The downside is that real estate prices seem high.
Nevada has interesting Las Vegas, and real estate is cheap.
The downside is that the climate can be too hot and there is no coast.
Oregon has a good climate, like California, on the west coast.
Real estate is cheaper and more valuable than California, so it could be a good choice.
Florida, Nevada and California, however, do not seem to have the buzz and a range of attractions.
Looks a little dull.
