Are you food?Miss the cheese that you can eat your favorite, dip in the sauce, and spread on a crisp, hearty wholegrain cracker?Well, let go of that lonely cheese and stop crying because we have a grain of 100% --free, gluten-Freedom and guiltThe free crisps recipe allows you to enjoy the baked, healthy crisps you desire.Warm up the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.Put all the nuts, seeds and a little salt into the mixing bowl and stir until it is fully mixed. In a separate bowl, add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in 1 1/4 cup of warm water. If coconut oil is solid, stir the water until it melts.Pour it into a mixture of nuts and seeds.Stir until fully combined.Set aside 8 to 10 minutes to thicken the mixture.Line the baking tray with parchment paper.Pour the concentrated mixture on parchmentLined with a baking tray, paved with a rectangle of about 11x12 inch.Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.Remove from the oven and reduce the heat to 170 degrees F.Rate cookies using a rotary pizza cutter or a long knife.Be gentle as the center cookies will still be soft and easily torn. Some extra salt can be sprinkled if needed, as well as a mixture of herbs, spices and/or seasonings you can choose from.Return to the oven and bake for about 170 hours at 1/2 degrees F, giving or accepting until the cookies become brittle. The cookies around the edges bake faster than the center cookies, so I suggest removing the outermost cookies from the sheets after the cookies are done, putting the sheets back in the oven and making the rest completely crispy.Take them out of the oven, let them cool, and then separate them on the score line.Enjoy like a cookie. The crab salad is especially delicious.Happy grain-free eating!
