Degustation features Duck Bay oysters, yellowfin tuna, tas fish rock tail, quail meat, cattle cheeks and small food.
Each dish is served with a specially selected Tasman wine to complement and enhance the fresh flavor throughout the meal.
Cook came into contact with her grandmother's fish and chips shop at a very young age and had a passion for fresh produce from local sources.
He officially started working in the kitchen when he was 15.
Donovan's talent was released at the Savoy Hotel and Waterside Hotel in London, as well as La Cote St Jacques in Roigny, France, and was soon noticed by food giants Michael Rukes and Marco Pierre White.
Cook was promoted to harvey's head chef at the age of 23.
Cook's success has not stopped, he has won three hats from the Times Food Guide and the best new restaurant, and has achieved outstanding cooking achievements in France for a period of time.
