Tasmanian restaurants named in top 500 for Australia’s Top Restaurant Awards - top restaurant dishes

According to data from 2018 restaurants, five Launceston restaurants are the best in the countryxa0Top restaurants in Australia.
29 Tasman restaurants hosted by Financial Review of Australia were included in the top 500 list of the awards, an increase of 3 over last year.
The award celebrates the best level of dining at all levels in Australia, compiled by national critics, restaurant guide editors and industry experts.
This year, the top 500 places are Launceston restaurants, jermo, black bull Bistro, mudba, Novaro, Timbre and Stillwater.
Jeremy Kode, the owner of jermo, said the recognition was "a great honor ".
"It's always great to see Tasman restaurant recognized at the national level," he said . ".
"This is a great way to show that Launceston restaurant is equally good in terms of food.
Top Australian chefs and restaurant owners voted on the award and the winners were announced at a party at the end of June.
At the awards ceremony last year, Hobart restaurant Franklin was rated as the best restaurant in tazhou, and the Templar was also ranked in the top 100.
