The median value of East Launceston was the highest at $377,752, followed by Blackstone Heights at $356,279 and Binlong Bay at $335,202.
East Launceston is the place where residents in the North can pay the most rent, with an average rent of $353.
Ravenswood is the cheapest place to rent a house with the lowest average rent of $195, followed by Scottsdale and Georgetown for $200.
