At Peppers Silo hotel, you won the Gault & Millau award for best restaurant of the year in Australia.
Gault & Millau's Australian restaurant review team anonymously evaluated more than 850 restaurants and singled out the ability of the silo team to create restaurant spaces and menus, said Paul Seaman, general manager of The Silo Hotel.
"Our chefs met every farmer, every manufacturer and every talented Tasman who brought something extraordinary to the restaurant --
"Change the List of dishes," said Mr Hillman . ".
"This award demonstrates the hard work and enthusiasm of creating, maintaining and growing silos.
Chef Peter Twitchett and food director Massimo Mele are responsible for overseeing the grain of the silo kitchen, which opened in June 2018.
The award was presented at a grand event in Sydney earlier this month.
