Is Network Marketing Really Just Another Name for a Pyramid Scheme? - the main dish restaurant impossible sold
Please allow me to clarify first that I am not involved in Web marketing, so the purpose of this article is not to market business opportunities to you.
However, I did spend nearly a decade working in one of the largest direct selling companies in the world, so I am very familiar with the business model.
Although online marketing continues to grow, there is still a lot of confusion and completely wrong information on the market, and I find that I keep answering questions about the legitimacy of the business.
In this article, I would like to address some of the more common issues, concerns, and misconceptions effectively.
First of all, let's take a look at the basic description of network marketing business and pyramid selling business.
Pyramid selling is a deceptive money.
Production plan based on non-
A sustainable business model, mainly to include others in the program without providing legal products or services.
Internet marketing is a distribution model that allows companies to sell products directly to consumers through distributors.
Instead of advertising through traditional media or selling through physical stores, online marketing companies reward dealers with commissions in exchange for selling products and finding new customers.
Therefore, the main focus of the network marketing company is product distribution.
In fact, in a legitimate network marketing company, distributors do not need to recruit new distributors in order to earn commissions;
They can make money by selling the company's products.
Therefore, the recruitment element of the online marketing business is only a way to distribute more products in a way that allows distributors to receive the remaining revenue.
Another important difference between MLM and online marketing is the financial structure.
In order to prevent the network marketing company from falling like a pyramid scheme (the top-level people make all the money and the bottom-level people lose everything), there are some restrictions in the compensation plan, limits the number of people who can earn commissions from any particular sale.
Not only does this make the business model sustainable, but in a sense, whether you are the first or the last, you have the same opportunities as others.
Here is a list of things to look for if you are considering online marketing opportunities: * does it involve a legitimate product?
If you don't get a product or service, or the training tools are overpriced, you may find a scam.
* Is the Commission based on product distribution or recruitment?
If they pay commissions purely based on recruitment, go away now.
* Does the company have a good performance record?
If the company has been in existence for a few years, then it is very likely that the management of the police pyramid scheme has separated the business model and given them OK.
Listed companies are usually your best choice.
* Will the company buy back any unsold products?
Most Internet marketing companies have a refund guarantee, which means that you can send them back for a refund if you are not satisfied with the product.
Don't feel stressed or uncomfortable looking at other business models and products, especially if you don't know which company to join.
What training do they offer?
Good companies have a solid training system.
If you have decided that online marketing may be your business, it is good to post a blog that will be an important part of your business plan.
I would like to suggest that you consider connecting with others in your industry to learn about trade and speed up your visibility.
TSA or tribal union is not a business opportunity.
This is a think tank for a group of mutually supportive entrepreneurs-commonly referred to these days as "tribes ".
Basically, the content of the other members of TSA Syndicate (shared with their friends and followers on social networks.
