Michael bill has replaced Liverpool's 23-year-old with Sao Paulo.
He told Sky Sports about his Brazilian adventure. . .
What Michael Bill did was different.
After working at Chelsea and Liverpool youth academy, some of the most exciting young players in the Premier Leagueyear-
The old man has taken his next step on the road of management --
Moved to Brazil. The highly-
Earlier this season, the coach was in charge of Liverpool's u23, working with Jurgen Klopp to develop Liverpool's future stars, such as Woodburn, Trent Alexander-
Arnold and Harry Wilson
However, an opportunity with iconic goals --
Scoring goalkeeper Rosario Seni set him on an unusual path in last September.
The former Brazil international is touring the English Premier League club in hopes of learning from the way they coach.
After visiting Liverpool academy, he sat down with Bill for lunch to discuss football philosophy.
They were still talking two hours later.
Bill expressed his desire to learn a second language and to experience football in other countries.
By November, he had been invited by Ceni to move to Brazil and become an assistant manager of Sao Paulo, the South American giants.
After visiting the club, Bill realized it was a good offer and could not refuse.
"This job is a sudden appearance," Beale told Sky Sports from Brazil . ".
"I have been in Chelsea for 10 years and worked for a long time and then I have 4-and-a-
Half a year in Liverpool.
I don't want to go.
"But I'm not at the top of the mountain, I'm still trying to climb, so when I see the facilities in Sao Paulo, when I hear what rogreo wants me to do, I think I will regret not taking the challenge.
"He is the idol of the club.
He played for Sao Paulo for 24 years, played more than 1,200 times and scored more than 130 goals.
It's like Steven Gerrard got a job at Liverpool or Ryan Giggs took over Manchester United.
I love the experience of Liverpool but maybe I will finish the game there.
It's time to challenge yourself.
"This is the route that some British coaches will consider, let alone follow.
Language and cultural differences are a barrier for beginners.
But with the desire to learn new skills, the desire to develop and the chance to feel at home Limited, Beale has invested in the experience of moving his young family to Brazil.
Football in England is unique.
"It's just a game in England," he said . "
"In other leagues in the world, the game is different.
For my own discovery, I want to know how South Beauty sees the game, why they are so calm and what their technology is to make them successful.
"I also want to live in a different culture, learn a second language and be prepared for the next challenge.
Also, I think it is difficult for young English coaches to find a job as a manager.
"I have no doubt that I am able to enter the first or second leagues, even the Champions League, to be a manager with my experience, but is there a chance to do so?
"At Chelsea, I saw Mourinho, Hiddink, Villa-
Both Boas and Ancelotti spoke the second language.
For me, this is what you have to get in your career if you want to work at top level.
"I started learning Spanish so I could tell the player to turn, Park, press, pass forward and so on.
I will try to speak to people like Sergi Canos in their native language.
"Since I came to Brazil, I have found that Spanish and Portuguese are not as close as everyone thought!
No problem at the training ground-
Go to the supermarkets and restaurants which are very difficult.
"But I see this experience as a trip.
We are not obsessed with language in the UK, and I think it is holding us back in many industries.
The same is true for British players who are not willing to go abroad to develop themselves.
"I was looking at the report about Bell recently and he thought going to Real Madrid was not only as a football player but also as a person.
"The Premier League is the richest league in the world, so the chances of young British players and coaches are limited.
It's very interesting to go out and get to know these players who come into our league and they are top players.
"It's also thrilling.
Beale said that while Premier League fans are known for their dedication to the club, the enthusiasm of Brazilian fans is different.
Sao Paulo is one of the most popular clubs in the country, with club legend Seni appointed as manager, and fans excited by the impressive start of the 2017 season.
"We recently went to the north of the country for a cup and there were 15,000 people at the airport," Beale said . ".
"Then the coach was trapped in the middle of the road and the fans shook the bus and went crazy.
"Then we went to play Santos, about 80 km away, and no away fans were allowed on the ground, but it didn't stop them all from showing up at our hotel to welcome us!
This is a huge fan base, completely different from what I experienced at home.
"It is clear that Liverpool were welcomed when they succeeded under the leadership of Rogers and Klopp, which is a big deal in England because it is not normal.
But every game is here.
Bill was fascinated by his new role.
Especially the cooperation with the top players in South America proved to be worth it.
But the ultimate goal is still to return to England one day in the future and use his skills as the first Test
Manager of the Premier League
"The situation here is very good," he said . "
"I would love to come back as a Premier League manager in the days to come, but we know how difficult it is. "Look at my ex-
Colleague Paul Clement and his journey to get this opportunity in Swansea.
I am not sure if he will have such a chance if he continues as Chelsea's team 0 coach.
You must go out and develop yourself.
I hope to see more British coaches on the same journey.
"Bill is a modern pioneer at the moment.
It would be interesting to see how his South American adventure helped him climb the mountain.
