Dining out: Coliseum Steaks and Pizza remains at top of its game - most popular thai restaurant dishes

Edmonton has had gym steaks and pizza since 1976, not far from the arena of the same name.

We soon understood why.

Did I mention that since Pizza is the name of the restaurant, we should at least try a pie.
We chose a vegetarian diet and thought that mushrooms, onions, green peppers and fresh tomatoes might be a little lighter. Think again.
This is old-
The school version of North American pizza has thicker crust and thick cheese layer.
Unlike the delicious steak, my idea of what a delicious pizza is has grown a lot since 1970 generations.
So, while the pizza in the gym is fresh and tasty, I prefer a thinner pizza.
The popular version is not so tacky now.
In addition, no pizza should be served with uncooked tomatoes in winter in Edmonton.

The homemade pie is a good version with flaky crust and lots of apple pieces.
While decades have brought about changes-like more modern arenas and trendy new restaurants-it's comforting to see some classic works like a great steakhouse.
