Net-this is a great site that offers you several options for getting restaurant recipes.
You can sign up for the email newsletter and they will email you.
You can interact with others on their user forums and exchange recipes this way, or you can check their blogs and find recipes there.

This site remains simple, just listing recipes alphabetically by restaurant name.
The navigation is very fast and they have a lot of recipes.
I searched quickly and found one of the greatest things ever, they have red lobster Cheddar Bay Cookies! Awesome.
