Maybe all the restaurants do this. No idea.
I just think it's cool.
I saw a restaurant create a FB group that shares recipes.
The restaurant selects a recipe to test in the kitchen every once in a while (not sure how long) and may be displayed on the menu.
There are prizes (money and publicity I collect ).
I don't know the details (I didn't join the group), but I think it would be a good idea for any of you and a restaurant owner for the client.
The restaurant seems to have caused a big stir.
