We are Ceramic tableware manufacturer. Our factory is in Chaozhou with 20000sqm and sales office( showroom) in Guangzhou with 1600sqm. We could provide one stop purchase service for hotel, banquet halls and fine dinning restaurant, wedding event,catering occasion etc.

Our factory is located in Ditou Industrial Zone, Fengxi Town, Chaozhou, Guangdong Province, China.

 Can you send samples before the order?

Yes, We could provide free sample as long as you fulfill the company information profile if need.

What’s your Minimum order?

A

For hotel, banquet halls and fine dinning restaurant, wedding event, catering occasion, Main plates 200pcs, table accessories 50pcs.The more quantity, the cheaper unit price you will get.

Can you make customized logo or design?

A

Yes, if main plates more than 500pcs with smaller quantity table accessories, we could make customized logo; if 1000pcs per one design, we could make customized design of shape.

How many material do you have?

A

Mainly, there are three kinds material of our products: high & low bone china, porcelain and ceramic. The quality grade of them: bone china > porcelain > ceramic. Opal glassware and stoneware are unavailable in our company.

How long is your delivery time?

A

Usually, our delivery time is 35~45days after receive the down payment into our account if out of stock, 100-300ps stock for some items will be possible. Stock quantity will change every day.

Do you supply OEM service?  

A

Yes, we can supply OEM service for our client.

What types of payment do you accept?

A

We could accept 30% down payment TT before production, 70% balance TT before delivery; if you need customized logo, 50% down payment would be request.

What price term do you make usually?

A

Ex-work Guangzhou would be priority, we could also make FOB Guangzhou, or C&F Your destination port, Door to door service.
